About Me
- Name: Aaron B. Brown
- Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States
I am a man, just a man, no more no less. I write, I photograph, I listen, I talk, I try to understand. I have many interests, and I see things, I see things coming, and I see things going. Lately I seem to see it all. I know that I will exit this life someday, and I would like to leave this world just a little bit better place for my daughter. Hey Aron: These are excellent pics!!! I have never seen a pic of a man o war before! I only heard of them in the book by Beverly Cleary years ago, I cannot even recall the name of the book! Ha! Cool, you certainly have a talent for taking pics, which is hard to come by:)
Thanks Mahndisa
Portuguese Man o war are all over the place here in the Caribbean, and can be quite dangerous if encountered in the water, some of them having stinging appendages hanging down up to 20 feet below them.
If you come to this part of the world, always be careful about where you step on the beach during the winter months, that's when they wash up on the beaches in the millions.
Stepping on one barefooted can really ruin your day. Meat tenderizer makes a good antidote.
